Overseas & Mainland Chinese Students Affairs Division (OMCSAD) is a lovely unit that provides counselling and guidance for all the Overseas and Mainland Chinese Students of National ChengKung University, Tainan. With 5 of our unit staffs and all the committee of the Overseas Chinese Students Association(OCSA) and Mainland Chinese Students Association (MCSA), we have commited to put our best effort to help in all matters related to Overseas and Mainland Chinese students, providing latest information, instant respond to any problem that our student encountered and organises activities to promotes the unison and harmony and most important, to make us a big, heart-warming, strong and lovely family.
